Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Adsbotic ("Adsbotic", "we", "us") is an AI-powered Google Ads management platform operated by Heureux IT. Adsbotic is a product of Heureux IT, and Heureux IT is the data controller responsible for information processed through the Adsbotic service at www.adsbotic.ai.

For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact us at hello@adsbotic.ai. We aim to respond to every request within 30 days.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service. That falls into four categories:

• Account information — your name, email address and, where you provide it, your business name, so we can create and secure your account.
• Business information you give us — details about your services, service area, advertising goals and budget, which you enter so that Adsbotic can plan and build campaigns.
• Google account data — information accessed through Google APIs after you explicitly grant permission, described in detail in section 3.
• Technical and usage data — basic log information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps, used to keep the service secure and working.

We do not collect payment card details directly. If and when paid plans are introduced, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor and card details will not be stored by us.

3. Google user data and Google API Services

Adsbotic connects to your Google Ads account using Google OAuth. You are shown exactly which permissions are requested before you grant them, and you can decline or withdraw them at any time.

We request the following scopes and use them only as described:

• Google Sign-In (email address and basic profile) — used solely to identify you, create and secure your Adsbotic account, and contact you about your account.
• Google Ads API (read and write) — used to read the campaign, keyword, conversion and performance data of the Google Ads account you connect, and, once you have approved a plan, to create and update campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords and settings within that account on your behalf.

Adsbotic makes changes to your Google Ads account only in line with what the service provides and, for campaign creation and material optimization changes, after you have approved them or after review by a Google Ads expert acting on our behalf. We never make changes to Google Ads accounts you have not explicitly connected.

Specifically, we confirm that we do not:

• Use Google user data for serving advertisements of our own, or for any advertising purpose other than operating the Google Ads campaigns in the account you connected.
• Sell, rent or trade Google user data to any third party.
• Transfer Google user data to others except as necessary to provide or improve the service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in each case subject to protections at least as strict as this policy.
• Allow humans to read your Google user data, except where you have given explicit permission for specific data, where it is necessary for security purposes or to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymised. Human expert review of your campaign setup, which is a core part of the service, is carried out only on accounts you have connected and approved for that purpose.
• Use Google user data to train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Create, secure and administer your Adsbotic account.
• Plan, build, monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns in the account you connect.
• Provide estimates and campaign plans based on available Google data for your area.
• Allow a Google Ads expert to review your campaign setup and tracking before ads go live.
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• Maintain the security, integrity and reliability of the service, and detect and prevent abuse.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your Google Ads data to benefit any other advertiser, and we do not use it to serve advertising to you.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract with you, to provide the service you requested; your consent, for connecting your Google account and for any marketing email, which you may withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests, in keeping the service secure and improving it; and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — cloud hosting, database, email delivery and analytics providers who process data on our behalf under contract, and only on our instructions.
• Google — as necessary to operate the Google Ads campaigns in the account you connected.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, regulation, legal process or an enforceable governmental request.
• Business transfers — if Heureux IT is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.

7. Storage, security and international transfers

Your information is stored on cloud infrastructure operated by reputable providers, which may be located in India, the European Union or the United States. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.

We protect your information using encryption in transit, access controls that limit access to personnel who need it, credential storage designed so that OAuth tokens are held securely, and regular review of our security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service. If you close your account or withdraw access, we delete or anonymise your personal information and any Google user data we hold within 90 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

• Revoke Adsbotic’s access to your Google account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all further access to your Google Ads data immediately.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your account and the personal information associated with it.
• Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@adsbotic.ai from the address associated with your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Adsbotic is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Cookies

Our website uses only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site and keep signed-in sessions secure. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects how we handle your information, notify you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
